What is S & R Sporting Goods Warranty coverage?

If you are having technical issues with your Garmin Alpha, Garmin Astro, Alpha TT10 Collar, Astro DC40 Collars, Garmin DC50 Collars, or Garmin Brand Accessories the first thing you need to do is troubleshoot the problem by requesting our assistance via Tech Support or phone 757-482-1000. If we cannot resolve your issue we may recommend contacting Garmin Tech Support 1-800-800-1020. If neither Garmin Tech Support nor S & R Sporting Goods can solve your issue with your product, then it will require warranty replacement. We know that Garmin can often- especially during hunting season- have over a 4 week back log on warranty returns; therefore as an added bonus to our customers, S & R Sporting Goods will warranty your equipment out of our inventory stock!

  1. Ship your defective item to us. We HIGHLY recommend using a tracking number and insurance with your shipment when returning your product. S & R Sporting Goods is not liable for items lost in transit to us by the shipping company. Our mailing address is: S & R Sporting Goods, Attn: Warranties, 7 S Cherry St. Middletown, MO. 63359.
  2. Contact us to provide your credit card number and to select which shipping method you would like us to ship the warranty replacement back to you (ie: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.). We only charge you for the shipping expense you select to return the new item to you.
  3. Once we receive your item for warranty replacement we will pull out of our inventory stock to replace your defective item. We will charge your credit card at that point for the shipping expense and immediately ship your replacement item back to you.

What if I am outside the Garmin 1 Year Warranty period?

S & R Sporting Goods will still provide you the same replacement coverage that Garmin offers. We charge the same rate that Garmin charges to replace an item. Follow the same requirements as above: Ship your item to us, provide us with your credit card number and upon receipt of the damaged item, we will pull the replacement equipment out of our inventory stock and ship it back to you using standard shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply if you would like expedited (ie; Air, Express) shipping. Please note: we are only able to provide this service on products we are still able to order from Garmin.
